Opinel N°315 Peeler Essentiels + Blue

It has a stainless steel blade and a polymer handle that is dishwasher safe.
Martensitic stainless steel with high hardness due to nitrogen addition (0.15%) and superior corrosion resistance due to high chromium content (16%).
The blades of Opinel peelers are sharpened on both sides and can therefore be used by both right- and left-handed users.
Essentiels + knife handles are made of high quality polymer. They are resistant to water, chemicals and heat.
