The designed sandoku K2, also called White Whale, is without a doubt the best knife for vegetables. Thinly sliced, fresh vegetables are healthy, look neat and taste great chopped. Only the perfectly designed Santoku will do that! The K2 is a modern, ergonomically designed kitchen knife for the professional chef. The wide blade offers stiffness and rigidity that make the knife perfect for delicate work. Also, the tip shape allows it to cut in both directions. The advantage of using special steel is that the blade can be made thinner, lighter and more rigid, and this makes your kitchen easier and more fun. The special VG10 steel laminate will make the edge last longer and this is of course a special advantage for professionals. The handle goes through the handle almost the entire width, which gives stability and rigidity to the knife.
We paid special attention to the shape of the handle – the handle should fill the hand without being awkward, while offering a shape that ensures safety when working with the knife. We achieve this by making the grip from thermorun rubber – the better the grip, the less your hands get tired. In addition, the handle is easy to keep clean as it has no grooves or dents.
