Opinel Knife Trio Box 3 Intempora knives
The best of the Intempora collection.
The Trio includes a paring knife, a carving knife and a chef's knife.
We use modified Sandvik 12C27 stainless steel. It is anti-corrosive thanks to the addition of chromium and does not require special maintenance. Its carbon content of at least 0.40% gives an excellent cutting edge. Blade hardness 57-58 HRC.
The molded handle is made of fiberglass polyoxymethylene which ensures excellent wear and water resistance and excellent impact resistance. Thanks to its curved shape and triangular profile, it provides a secure and comfortable grip.
