Opinel Knife N°216 Bread knife Intempora

Its curved serrated blade will help you slice your bread effortlessly.
The handle is extremely resistant to temperature, water and shock.
We use modified Sandvik 12C27 stainless steel. It is anti-corrosive thanks to the addition of chromium and does not require special maintenance. Its carbon content of at least 0.40% gives an excellent cutting edge. Blade hardness 57-58 HRC.
The molded handle is made of fiberglass polyoxymethylene which ensures excellent wear and water resistance and excellent impact resistance. Thanks to its curved shape and triangular profile, it provides a secure and comfortable grip.
The full-tang blade runs the length of the handle. The knife is sturdy and well balanced.
