Opinel Knife Slim Knife - Les Forgés 1890
Pointed and flexible blade.
A thin, flexible, pointed blade. For filleting fish and cutting thin slices.
X50CrMoV15 stainless steel is highly anti-corrosive and ensures perfect cutting. Blade hardness 56-57 HRC.
The full blade runs the length of the handle. The knife is sturdy and well balanced.
The handle is made of beech wood from sustainably managed forests and is unvarnished. It is stabilized to improve water resistance. Its ergonomic design pays homage to the traditional pocket knife and provides excellent grip comfort.
