African black ebony wood, glistening in the light.
We use modified Sandvik 12C27 stainless steel. It is anti-corrosive thanks to the addition of chromium and does not require special maintenance. Its carbon content of at least 0.40% gives an excellent cutting edge. Blade hardness 57-58 HRC. Double polish for a mirror effect.
Ebony is a rare and luxurious wood that comes from the forests of Africa. Thanks to its beautiful density and deep black color, ebony is traditionally used in marquetry. To get a velvety touch, a specific wax is manually applied to each handle.
